Angeles Arrien, Ph.D., cultural anthropologist, researched, created, and synthesized the Four-Fold Way® program. It is currently used in medical, academic, and corporate environments. Angeles is also an award-winning author, educator, and consultant to many organizations and businesses. Her Four-Fold Way book has been translated worldwide into ten languages. Angeles lectures and conducts workshops internationally, bridging cultural anthropology, psychology, and comparative religions. Her work reveals how perennial wisdoms are relevant to our families, professions, and our relationship to the Earth. She is the President of the Foundation for Cross-Cultural Education and Research.

Please join us in 2010 for the Four-Fold Way® Residential programs, at StillHeart Institute in the beautiful redwood forests located near the San Francisco Bay Area. The Residential Programs cover the same material Angeles Arrien teaches in our Four-Fold Way
programs, and are taught in a residential format for those who prefer an in-depth immersion learning experience. The beautiful and peaceful setting at
StillHeart Institute supports a deepening and integration of the Four-Fold Way. This program utilizes cross-cultural tools and practices, which develop inter-relational skills and enhance effective communication with self and others. Daily practices for cultivating patience, compassion and flexibility will be integrated with additional skills to increase effectiveness in leadership, teamwork, and creative problem solving. Communication and conflict resolution skills are taught with an emphasis on personal and professional responsibility and accountability. Includes a three-day, three-night solo wilderness experience. The wilderness experience can be modified for individuals with limited mobility or other issues to support their learning. The group is limited in size to support the collective learning experience.
